Extended School Year (ESY) Program

The AIU Special Education and Pupil Services Division is seeking interested applicants for its upcoming ESY program for the Mon Valley, Pathfinder, and Sunrise Schools.

For 2025 only, individuals that are interested in working the ESY program will be eligible for an incentive payment based on the date of the application which they commit to working the ESY program and the number of days they work.

Incentive payments will be processed following the conclusion of ESY after confirming the date of application and the number of days worked. Individuals are required to work a minimum of nineteen (19) of the twenty (20) days including the staff orientation day on July 7th, 2025, and the close out day on August 1, 2025. Individuals that do not work the required days will forfeit the incentive payment.

Please contact the appropriate principal or supervisor with any questions. Staff who are interested in ESY positions are expected to work the entire ESY program. Staff members that are interested in working only a portion of the program must make arrangements with the building principal prior to applying.

AIU employees (Internal link):   

    From your Launchpad, when logged into an AIU-operated device,

1. Launch the AIU Oracle application & click on Me once launched
2. Select the My Jobs tile on your Oracle homepage
3. Select I Accept on the Privacy Statement and then click on Apply
4. Scroll through the Requisition Titles & click on the ESY position for which you want to apply 
5. Above the job description for the position, click the Apply Online button
6. On the next screen click on Save and Continue without changing any personal information
7. Close the window after clicking the Save and Continue button
8. An email will be sent to your AIU email shortly, confirming the submission
9. If applying for more than 1 ESY position, you will need to repeat the preceding steps.
