Education:

·        Bachelor’s Degree or associate’s degree in social work, counseling, education, or related field required.

Experience:

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, youth services, or working with pregnant and parenting teens. Experience in educational settings is a plus.

Skills:

·        Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

·        Ability to build rapport with diverse populations and maintain a non-judgmental, supportive approach.

·        Knowledge of community resources and services for youth and families.

·        Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and using case management systems.

 

Additional Requirements:   

·        Current Act 114, Act 34, Act 151 and NSOR Clearances required prior to an offer (Must be dated within 1 year of hire date).

·        School Personnel Health Record (Form H511.340) must be completed and received by Human Resources prior to hire date.

·        Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 

Working Conditions: This position operates in a combination of school, office, and community settings, with frequent travel to program sites and participant homes. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required. This position may involve standing, walking, and active engagement throughout the day.   • Sitting for extended period of time

Position Schedule: Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays

Salary: $32,000.00 (non-negotiable)

Benefits: FACES 260

FLSA: Non exempt
