Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field, minimum of five (5) years of experience required.
  2. Experience in business operations, school business administration, non-public school services, federal and state grants preferred.
  3. Working knowledge of Title programs and other Federal programs specific to non-public schools and the impact on public school districts.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to utilize these skills with various stakeholders (PDE, PAFPC, Federal Coordinators, Public and Non-Public Administrators, NPSP Supervisors, and Colleagues).
  5. Demonstrated proficiency with Windows-based applications, and ability to learn new software applications.
  6. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to build trust and positive working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
  8. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, while remaining logical and interpersonal.
  9. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  11. Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative, and responsible.
  12. Ability to comply with the AIU Conduct policy

 

Additional Requirements:

  1. Current Act 114, Act 34 and Act 151 required prior to an offer (Must be dated within 1 year of hire date).
  2. School Personnel Health Record (Form H511.340 (8/2011)) must be completed and received by Human Resources prior to hire date.
