Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services or related field and three years’ experience or Master’s Degree in above field and two years’ experience. Master’s degree and/or certification preferred
Supervisory experience required
Knowledge of best practices related to preschool curricula, instruction, standards, screenings and assessments
Successful experience working with at-risk children and families
Possesses highly refined communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills, initiative, and an ability to work with limited supervision
Ability and experience in working as a member of a team
Skilled in the use of Microsoft office Suite including Word, Power Point, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to work with new technologies
Such additions and alterations to the above qualifications as the Program Administration and Board may find appropriate and acceptable
