1.           5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting required.

 

2.           Master's degree in education or related field preferred

 

3.           Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for redesigning / reimagining teaching and learning.

 

4.           Experience in design and delivery of professional development for school personnel and knowledge of adult learning required

 

5.           Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Google Apps, social media required

 

6.           Knowledge of school systems and innovative community resources required

 

7.           Strong organizational practices, effective verbal and written communication, including presentation skills required

 

8.           Working understanding of educational technology and curricular applications required

 

9.           Experience in working as a member of a team with the ability to motivate others in engagement and performance

 

10.         Excellent collaboration skills

 

11.         Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

 

12.         Driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout Pennsylvania

 

13.         Ability to comply with the AIU Conduct Policy.



Additional Requirements:

1.      Current Act 114, Act 34, Act 151 and NSOR Clearances required prior to an offer (Must be dated within 1 year of hire date).

2.      School Personnel Health Record (Form H511.340) must be completed and received by Human Resources prior to hire date.
